Delivery charges

UK and Overseas Delivery charges vary according to the destination and weight of your parcel. If the cost of sending your parcel exceeds quoted or invoiced delivery charge we have implemented for your region, we may email you with a revised cost which we request you pay before we despatch your order. For the products quoted before delivery charges, the delivery charges will be finalised upon confirmation of weights and dimensions of the parcel and the transport costs will be passed onto the Customer. If any import taxes are payable and these are not paid which then results in the parcel being returned back to us, we reserve the right to deduct the price of the originally carriage fee and the return carriage fee from any refunds given. You may choose your delivery option at the checkout. However, SUPER B PLUS GROUP LTD reserves the right to upgrade the service and / or change the courier at their discretion in times of high workload.

Availability

If, for some reason we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

Should you still wish to order the item, we will hold your order on file and despatch it as soon as it becomes available. The item will be charged at the time you place the order, but there will only be one delivery charge.

Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email. Within this email there will be a link to track your shipment.

If you choose Express Delivery, you will receive a notification from DHL EXPRESS ON-DEMAND DELIVERY (ODD) and will provide you with email/SMS updates about your shipments progress and estimated delivery date/time (home or private residence). If the shipment doesn’t fit your schedule the 100% free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery. Giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your shipment.

International mail tracking - Your final mile delivery will be completed by the local postal authority in country, the above delivery windows are aims, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.

Please ensure to enter your mobile number into your contact details as this essential for tracking. They will not accept land lines and the order will not get through customs without a mobile number provided. 

 

Incoterms

All products are sold using Delivered at place (DAP) incoterm. Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This therm indicates that the our company is only responsible for shipping the product, and that the customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as VAT, duties and clearing fees, administration charges and any other costs, upon delivery. 
Other type of incoterms maybe only available on the request and must be approved by our company before the delivery. 

Deliveries to the following countries require the buyers Tax ID Number or CPF Number :-

Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Columbia, Venezuela, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay.

Due to Customs checks, deliveries to South America may take up to 8 - 10 weeks. If your delivery does not arrive after this time then please get in touch.

Important information regarding Spain orders 

Due to local government requirements, further information is needed for shipments destined to Spain which are valued at over €150. When we submit your > €150 shipment for Customs clearance into Spain we also need to provide the receiver’s DNI. The DNI (Documento Nacional de Identidad) is the Spanish national identity card, which has a 9-digit long identification number. The Spanish authorities require this number in order for them to monitor the volume of high value shipments per citizen. Please ensure to provide this information with your order.


Import and Personal Importation 

For all products are sold, you as an importer and consignee are responsible for necessary license or documentation. A prescription is required to purchase some of the products (prescription-only devices for example nebulizers and accessories, inhalers, oximeters, oxygen concentrators, compressors) in accordance with FDA regulations. For more information please refer to Prescription Information below.

Please attach a photo/file of your prescription or a filled out Letter of Medical Necessity and send to info@superbplusgroup.co.uk. Your order will not be shipped without this information. This information will be collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy page for details. For example in the USA some medical devices or other life science products may be sold over-the-counter (OTC) to general consumers, while others are professional-use and prescription only (Rx) devices that may only be sold to licensed healthcare practitioners. If you are a business client you will need to provide proof of being a healthcare professional or company (info@superbplusgroup.co.uk) before the item is shipped. 

NOTE: non-Vegan products may be refused by some EU countries eg Krill oil, whey protein, omega 369. Please check with your local customs before purchasing.

Prescription Information

Do you need a prescription for prescription-only devices?
Yes, you do need a prescription from your primary care physician in order to buy prescription-only devices (for example nebulizers, compressors, and accessories). 

Why do you need this information? 
The FDA regards all nebulizers and prescription-only devices. For more information please visit fda.gov 

How do I send my prescription? 
You will be notified by email. It will ask whether or not you will provide a prescription or if you already have provided Super B Plus Group Ltd. with a prescription. You can either fill out our Letter of Medical Necessity and send by email, send by email a file of the prescription, or send by email a photo of the prescription. Please note if the prescription or Letter of Medical Necessity has not been provided then your order may be canceled. 

Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance of delivery (Payment In Advance (PIA)). Items quoted or invoiced excluding shipping, Customs Duty, import VAT duties, tax and other transport costs will be passed on to the customer.

Claims, Damages, short deliveries and errors

Complaints of damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of order to both the carrier and Super B Plus Group Ltd . Shortages and errors must be reported directly to Super B Plus Group Ltd within 24 hours.  Any claims after this period will not be honoured. Out of date stock cannot be exchanged.

Non-receipt of order, handling/rework charges

Non receipt of order must be notified in writing to Super B Plus Group Ltd within 5 working days of invoice date. Any goods returned are subject to a handling charge and/or a rework charge, being 20% of the value of the goods returned.

Termination

Termination of the contract is subject to approval. We will notify you once termination was approved or not. If approved, the customer, which terminates the contract customer shall pay all noncancellable costs and a cancellation charge of 10% of the value of the invoice (net of VAT).  The remaining amount if any will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Title of goods

Title of the goods which are the subject of this contract, shall not be deemed to have passed to the Buyer until such time as the account hereon invoiced has been paid in full in accordance with the Sellers’ terms of payment. The Sellers reserve the right to reclaim any of the goods sold to the buyer under this, or any other contract, in the event of any account not being paid in accordance with such terms of trading.

Carriage

Upon delivery, you must inspect the goods carefully for damage. Orders are dispatched by third party courier providers. SUPER B PLUS GROUP LTD do not take any responsibility for any damages, delays and any other issues related to the service. 

Dispatch

SUPER B PLUS GROUP LTD aim to dispatched orders by third party courier providers to deliver on the best available date. Company do not take any responsibility related to the supplier delayed and/ or cancellation of the order/s.
